I try to bring you another point of view on your body, challenge you in MOVEMENT, STRENGTH and CONTROL of it. Those are my basic principles, building blocks gathered from different arenas like martial arts, dance, weightlifting and physiotherapy studies. Mobility Workshop
Our ability to move freely, with full control, adequate strength and within required range of motion is crucial in order to perform to our full potential as well as to complete our daily tasks.
Join to learn how our bodies move, what our tendencies and patterns are. But most importantly how to identify those things and address them!
This workshop is covering whole body and is designed to give you understanding of how to optimise your movements and joint range of motion with plenty of hints both to sports or everyday life.
This workshops is thought for variety of groups/ sports: Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting, Yoga, General public.
Fysio Yoga
Fysio Yoga is an open class designed to support your practice.
In this class, we identify individual weaknesses and explore improvement potential, particularly in mobility, strength, and posture.
In the class we are focusing on typical challenges we encounter on the yoga mat.
The session is active and suitable for those experiencing physical challenges and/or looking to optimize their training.
Fysio Yoga is suitable for all levels.
